If you have high blood pressure and have been for a number of years, your heart may be larger due to years of congestion. This means that on a massive risk of developing a series of heart diseases, each with painful symptoms, usually fatal if not treated properly. High blood pressure can cause major damage, which usually irreparable to the arteries.
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
